White Chocolate Sauce

Even though this is a sauce I put it in this section because it is chocolate after all!!

Ingredients

• 1 litre cream
• 450gm white chocolate
• 1/2 cup sugar

Method

• Cook over low heat till melted and smooth
• strain and cool
• serve as desired
