How often do you find a recipe and have trouble converting metric and imperial. Having a good set of digital scales is a must, also a measuring jug with metric, ounces and cup measurements. Here is a helpful chart for you to follow. All cup and spoon measurements are level and a tablespoon is 15ml. Eggs are usually 60gm. Oven temperatures can vary, my new oven is different to my old one as baking on one shelf only requires a lower temperature than if I was using 2 shelves. Isn't modern technology great!!!! Fortunately my first cake turned out perfect.
