Turkey Cranberry Pizza

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup of finely chopped turkey
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 50 grams brie or camembert cheese
- 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup tasty or mozzerella cheese

Method
- I use pre purchased gluten free bases but you can pick up a basic base from any supermarket
- Finely dice all ingredients
- Spread base with cranberry sauce
- Sprinkle ingredients randomly over base
- Add cheese last
- Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes or until cheese on top is golden brown
