Summer Smile

While we were sitting at the computer downloading recipes and doing some research, hubby was in the kitchen and came up with this delicious refreshing drink. This makes one tall glass, but imagine a large jug of it on a sunny summer afternoon!

Ingredients

• 1x 100ml length of lemon grass stalk
• 1 full nip gin
• ice, crushed is better
• approx 180 ml lemonade
• 1 sprig mint
• 1 wedge mango, you could also use strawberry, kiwi fruit

Method

• smash stalk of lemon grass, this releases the flavour
• place all ingredients in tall glass
• garnish with strawberry or stick of lemon grass
