Savoury Sausages
How easy is this to make, serve with boiled rice
Ingredients
- 500 gm thin pork sausages
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 dessertspoon sugar
- 1 carrot sliced
- 3 tablespoons Plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon each powdered mustard, curry, ginger powder, mixed spice
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method
- Boil sausages 5 minutes
- Place in casserole dish
- Add carrot and onion
- Mix other ingredients then pour over sausages
- Bake in moderate oven 1 hour
