Savoury Sausages

How easy is this to make, serve with boiled rice

Ingredients

  • 500 gm thin pork sausages
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 dessertspoon sugar
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon each powdered mustard, curry, ginger powder, mixed spice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Method

  • Boil sausages 5 minutes
  • Place in casserole dish
  • Add carrot and onion
  • Mix other ingredients then pour over sausages
  • Bake in moderate oven 1 hour
