Peanut Butter Fudge

This has to be the quickest fudge you will ever make, and only 4 ingredients.  Makes an easy and popular gift.  Invest in a zig zag knife, it makes any slice look interesting and a little different than a straight edge, any good kitchen store should have one

Ingredients

  • 400gm dark melts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/3 cup unsalted peanut butter
  • 400gm tin condensed milk

Method

  • combine chocolate melts and condensed milk in saucepan
  • stir over gentle heat till chocolate melts
  • mix in peanut butter and nuts then pour into a paper lined slab stin
  • refrigerate till set then cut into squares
  • wrap and display in boxes or other containers and give as gifts
