Peanut Butter Balls

How quick is this to make?! Make the peanut mixture the night before then coat with chocolate next day - its only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup crunchy unsalted peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 100 gm dark chocolate, melted
  • 30 gm milk or white chocolate

Method

  • Combine peanut butter, sifted icing sugar and cocoa in small bowl
  • Mix well, cover then refrigerate till firm
  • Roll mixture till about 25cm long, cut into 24 pieces
  • Place on foil covered tray and freeze 2 hours
  • Dip pieces into melted dark chocolate, then set at room temperature
  • Using fine piping bag, swirl patterns on top or you can decorate how you wish
  • These will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge
  • You can also roll them into balls then dip in chocolate
