Peanut Butter Balls
How quick is this to make?! Make the peanut mixture the night before then coat with chocolate next day - its only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1/2 cup crunchy unsalted peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- 100 gm dark chocolate, melted
- 30 gm milk or white chocolate
Method
- Combine peanut butter, sifted icing sugar and cocoa in small bowl
- Mix well, cover then refrigerate till firm
- Roll mixture till about 25cm long, cut into 24 pieces
- Place on foil covered tray and freeze 2 hours
- Dip pieces into melted dark chocolate, then set at room temperature
- Using fine piping bag, swirl patterns on top or you can decorate how you wish
- These will keep up to 2 weeks in the fridge
- You can also roll them into balls then dip in chocolate
