Passionfruit Delight
A very light and tasty dessert to serve on a hot summers day
Ingredients
- 1 packet lemon jelly crystals
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 3/4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup- passionfruit pulp
Method
- pour water over jelly crystals and sugar
- stir till dissolved
- cool
- beat egg well, add milk and pulp
- stir into jelly and carefully mix
- chill till set
