Passionfruit Delight

A very light and tasty dessert to serve on a hot summers day

Ingredients

  • 1 packet lemon jelly crystals
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup- passionfruit pulp

Method

  • pour water over jelly crystals and sugar
  • stir till dissolved
  • cool
  • beat egg well, add milk and pulp
  • stir into jelly and carefully mix
  • chill till set
