Oat Biscuits

A lovely crisp biscuit with the goodness of oats

Ingredients

  • 125 gm butter
  • 3/4 cup castor sugar
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup S.R flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cornflakespinc of cinnamon

Method

  • Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
  • Add egg and beat well
  • Add flour. cinnamon, oats and crushed cornflakes
  • Mix well, then place teaspoonfuls onto greased trays
  • Bake in moderate oven 12-15 minutes or till light golden
