Oat Biscuits
A lovely crisp biscuit with the goodness of oats
Ingredients
- 125 gm butter
- 3/4 cup castor sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup S.R flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup cornflakespinc of cinnamon
Method
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
- Add egg and beat well
- Add flour. cinnamon, oats and crushed cornflakes
- Mix well, then place teaspoonfuls onto greased trays
- Bake in moderate oven 12-15 minutes or till light golden
