Mint Sauce

Here is a quick and easy Mint Sauce from Grandma West's cookbook

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 1 dessertspoon castor sugar
  • 1 gill ( 150 ml ) white vinegar

Method

  • Chop mint very finely
  • place in china or glass bowl with sugar
  • add vinegar
  • if to sharp add a little water
  • pour into glass bottle
  • shake before using with your favourite meat
