Mint Sauce
Here is a quick and easy Mint Sauce from Grandma West's cookbook
Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh mint
- 1 dessertspoon castor sugar
- 1 gill ( 150 ml ) white vinegar
Method
- Chop mint very finely
- place in china or glass bowl with sugar
- add vinegar
- if to sharp add a little water
- pour into glass bottle
- shake before using with your favourite meat
