Mango Vanilla Smoothie

This is a dairy free mango vanilla smoothie, the healthiest, most simple smoothie of all because mango is so creamy it doesn't need icecream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen mango pieces
  • 200ml of vanilla soy milk

Method

  1. Put mango pieces and milk in a powerful blender or food processor
  2. Blend for about 2 minutes to ensure a smooth consistency

Serve

  • In a tall glass with a big straw
