Kim's Yoghurt Slice

This was handed down to me by a workmates wife, quick and easy to make

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup S.R flour
  • 1 cup mixed dried fruits of your choice= apricots, raisins, sultanas, mixed dried fruits, dates etc

Method

  • Mix altogether well
  • Spread into greased and lined slab tin
  • Bake moderate oven 30 to 40 minutes
  • Cool in tin before slicing
