Kim's Yoghurt Slice
This was handed down to me by a workmates wife, quick and easy to make
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup S.R flour
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits of your choice= apricots, raisins, sultanas, mixed dried fruits, dates etc
Method
- Mix altogether well
- Spread into greased and lined slab tin
- Bake moderate oven 30 to 40 minutes
- Cool in tin before slicing
