Honey Biscuits
This recipe takes quite a lot of butter , but as there is no eggs it counteracts the cost, the taste of honey makes it a beautiful biscuit
Ingredients
- 250 gm butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cups S.R.flour
- 1 1/2 cups Plain flour
Method
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
- Add honey, vanilla and flours and combine well
- Small spoonfuls onto greased trays
- Moderate oven 10-15 minutes or till golden
