Honey Biscuits

This recipe takes quite a lot of butter , but as there is no eggs it counteracts the cost, the taste of honey makes it a beautiful biscuit

Ingredients

  • 250 gm butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups S.R.flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Plain flour

Method

  • Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
  • Add honey, vanilla and flours and combine well
  • Small spoonfuls onto greased trays
  • Moderate oven 10-15 minutes or till golden
