Honey Bee Biscuits

A delightful little biscuit with a light touch of honey and coconut

Ingredients

  • 125gm butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups S.R flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut
  • extra coconut for rolling

Method

  • Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
  • Add beaten egg and honey, mix well
  • Add sifted flour and coconut
  • Make into small balls then roll in extra coconut
  • Place on greased trays and flatten slightly with fork
  • Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes
  • Cool on trays
