Honey Bee Biscuits
A delightful little biscuit with a light touch of honey and coconut
Ingredients
- 125gm butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups S.R flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- extra coconut for rolling
Method
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
- Add beaten egg and honey, mix well
- Add sifted flour and coconut
- Make into small balls then roll in extra coconut
- Place on greased trays and flatten slightly with fork
- Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes
- Cool on trays
