Healthy No Bake Slice

An easy one for the kids to make

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 90gm Rice Bubbles
  • 130gm muesli
  • 125gm butter
  • 1/2 cup marmalade
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar

Method

  • Combine muesli, sunflower seeds, coconut and Rice Bubbles in large bowl
  • Combine butter, marmalade, peanut butter and sugar in saucepan
  • Dissolve over low heat till butter melts
  • Bring to boil then simmer-No Stirring--for 5 minutes
  • Add to dry ingredients mix well
  • Press into greased 20x30 pan
  • refrigerate till firm
  • Cut into squares
