Healthy No Bake Slice
An easy one for the kids to make
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 90gm Rice Bubbles
- 130gm muesli
- 125gm butter
- 1/2 cup marmalade
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
Method
- Combine muesli, sunflower seeds, coconut and Rice Bubbles in large bowl
- Combine butter, marmalade, peanut butter and sugar in saucepan
- Dissolve over low heat till butter melts
- Bring to boil then simmer-No Stirring--for 5 minutes
- Add to dry ingredients mix well
- Press into greased 20x30 pan
- refrigerate till firm
- Cut into squares
