Gluten Free Smoked Salmon Breakfast Burger

Zhender breads have a few gluten free options that I find really easy to work with, one being their burger buns. They can be filled with ingredients without splitting and falling apart like regular gluten free products. This burger features smoked salmon, avocado, poached egg and parmesan cheese for a delicious breakfast option on a slow weekend morning.

Ingredients

  • Zhender burger bun
  • Free range egg, poached
  • 5 baby spinach leaves
  • Smoked salmon
  • Avocado
  • Whole egg mayonaisse
  • Cucumber or tomato to taste
  • Shaved parmesan

Method

  • Poach egg using poacher, or saucepan with 2 cups of lightly bubbling water
  • Cut bun in half and toast
  • Spread with whole egg mayonnaise
  • Slice avocado and place on bun
  • Layer smoked salmon and other ingredients
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
