Custard Creams (Yo-Yo's)
A delectable shortbread biscuit, can be joined together with icing, hence they look like Yo-Yo's
Ingredients
- 375gm butter
- 2/3 cup castor sugar
- 375gm Plain Flour
- 125gm Custard powder
Method
- Cream butter and sugar till sugar dissolves
- Add flour and Custard powder
- Mix well
- Roll into small balls
- Place on greased trays and flatten slightly with a fork
- Bake in moderate oven 20 minutes or till golden
- Join together with Icing if desired
