As quoted by my 2 year old God-daughter Georgia, ... "I luv cupcakes". Sometimes when I bake cupcakes I think they have become a muffin in the process. I have always loved cupcakes with fruit in them so some of these recipes may be a little hard to distinguish cupcake from muffin!
