Dessert galore! We practiced a few of our old favourite dessert recipes from restaurant days and fed our dinner party of 10 friends with a gourmet feast. The first ever Gone Chocco was a raging success with 14 women sharing a space around bowls of melted chocolate, fillings, decorations, packaging and of course champagne. Gone Chocco is a party and class in one - the girls enjoyed a few glasses of champers while we demonstrated how to make chocolates in moulds, chocolate baskets, chocolate decorations, fillings and...
