Cornflake Crunchies
I always make these biscuits slightly larger than normal, they will spread so leave plenty of room on the tray
Ingredients
- 125gm butter
- 1/3 cup castor sugar
- 1 cup S.R.flour
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup sultanas
- 2 cups cornflakes crushed
Method
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
- Add egg and mix well
- Add flour then sultanas and cornflakes
- Place spoonfuls on greased trays
- Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes or till golden
