Coconut Pie Shell

Something a little bit different for your next sweet pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups toasted coconut
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Method

  • Combine all ingredients
  • Press mixture into 9 inch springform tin or sandwich tin
  • Refrigerate one hour
  • Use as desired
