Coconut Delights
Something a bit different to your usual biscuit, you can dip the tops in melted chocolate if you want to make them a little bit more decadent.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups coconut
- 3/4 cup castor sugar
- 2 tablespoons S.R. Flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- few drops vanilla essence
Method
- mix all ingredients together
- place on greased alfoil on trays
- bake moderate oven 25 to 30 minutes or till golden
