Coconut Delights

Something a bit different to your usual biscuit, you can dip the tops in melted  chocolate if you want to make them a little bit more decadent.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups coconut
  • 3/4 cup castor sugar
  • 2 tablespoons S.R. Flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • few drops vanilla essence

Method

  • mix all ingredients together
  • place on greased alfoil on trays
  • bake moderate oven 25 to 30 minutes or till golden
