Chocolate Ganache
This is a very easy chocolate filling, you can use it in moulds or alternately brush melted chocolate around base and sides of foil cases then pipe filling in.
Ingredients
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 2.5 gm instant coffee powder
- 137.5 gms good quality dark chocolate
Method
- Bring cream to boil, then add coffee powder
- Take cream off heat and add finely chopped chocolate
- Stir untill chocolate is melted
- Leave to cool before using, it will set quite firm if you leave it too long
