Chocolate Filling

A very quick filling to make for filling your hollow form chocolate cases

Ingredients

• 100gm milk melts
• 2 tablespoons cream
• 1 teaspoon orange find finely chopped
• 3 teaspoons Grand Marnier

Method

• Carefully heat chocolate and cream over gentle heat till melted
• Add rind and liquer
• Use as desired
