Chocolate Banana Smoothie

If you can't get enough chocolate, this can be a relatively low fat smoothie if you leave out the ice-cream and add an extra banana.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of So Good Chocolate Soy Ice-Cream
  • 1 x Frozen Banana
  • 250ml Chocolate Soy Milk

Method

  1. Add frozen bananas, milk and ice cream to powerful blender or food processor
  2. Blend for 3 minutes until all banana is blended and consistency is smooth

Serve

  • In a tall glass with a thick straw, and maybe a spoon!
