Choc-Mint Magic

It would be refreshing if it wasn't so choco-licious, this versatile smoothie can use fresh mint or mint oil or mint essence and almost any fruit for a healthy kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 x scoop chocolate soy ice-cream
  • 1 x frozen banana
  • 250ml chocolate soy milk
  • 20 mint leaves or 10 drops of mint essence
  • Grated chocolate for garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or processor and blend for 4 minutes

Serve

  • In a tall glass with a straw and some grated chocolate on top
