Chewy Fruity Bars
A delicious slice for an after school snack
Ingredients
- 125gm butter, melted
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2/3 cup sultanas
- 1 cup quick cook rolled oats
- 1/4 cup finely chopped apricots
- 1/2 cup S.R. flour
- 12 cup castor sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
Method
- Grease a 23cm square slab tin
- Mix all ingredients and combine well
- Spread in tin and bake in moderate oven 20 minutes or till brown
- Cool in tin and refrigerate before cutting
