Cheese Pikelets
These savoury pikelets can be eaten anytime, serve buttered. For non vegetarians serve them as a side with a hearty mince stew.
Ingredients
- 1 cup S.R.flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup grated tasty cheese
Method
- Sif flour into bowl, add sugar
- Stir in milk, egg and cheeses and mix well
- Spoon tablespoons of mixture in to a heated and greased pan
- Cook until bubbles appear, then turn over and cook other side
- Place on plate with paper towel
- Continue till all mixture is used
- Serve with butter
