Apricot Balls
These quick and easy treats can be made a few days ahead and stored in fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped dried apricots---can also add finely chopped glace ginger
- 2 cups coconut
- 2/3 cup condensed milk
- extra coconut for rolling
Method
- mix all together
- roll into small balls
- roll in extra coconut
- refrigerate till firm

This is a chocolate platter featuring Apricot Balls, Peanut Butter Balls and Coconut Balls. You can present them in little cupcake holders or just on a tray by themselves. They also make a great gift wrapped in some cellophane.
