Apricot Balls

These quick and easy treats can be made a few days ahead and stored in fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped dried apricots---can also add finely chopped glace ginger
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 2/3 cup condensed milk
  • extra coconut for rolling

Method

  • mix all together
  • roll into small balls
  • roll in extra coconut
  • refrigerate till firm

Resist if you can!


This is a chocolate platter featuring Apricot Balls, Peanut Butter Balls and Coconut Balls. You can present them in little cupcake holders or just on a tray by themselves. They also make a great gift wrapped in some cellophane.
