All Purpose Biscuit Pastry
Here is an easy recipe for a pastry that calls for a sweet crust: ie biscuits or tart shells
Ingredients
- 8 ozs butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 12 ozs Plain flour
- 8 ozs S.R. flour
- pinch salt
Method
- Cream butter and sugar till smooth
- add eggs one at a time and beat well
- add sifted flours, mix till well combined
- knead lightly
- use as required
